Working at Kern is attractive to me for a number of reasons. On the one hand, flexitime and the spontaneous approval of my vacation requests. On the other hand, the high level of trust placed in me by my supervisor, the fact that I am allowed to make my own decisions, dealing with people on an equal footing and always having an open ear. The whole thing gives me a feeling of: every individual is important!
